Purple Chilli

Instrumental, amazing interaction between time zones. If it was not for you, I would most likely still be unemployed, or not much closer to employment... Professionally, you are top tier.

I have been working with Red Chilli Recruitment for 4 years and I have to say how impressed I am with the recruitment service provided to me over those years, in what is a very difficult sector to recruit for. They provide a very personal end to end service and is a breath of fresh air in comparison to other recruiters that I have dealt with. Our recruitment rate far outweighs the success of other recruitment agencies that we have worked with. I would highly recommend Red Chilli Recruitment to anyone in the service engineering sector, as a partner to trust for your recruitment requirements.

Engineering Service Manager

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you personally for getting me the interview which led to the permanent position I now have. You were exceptionally quick out of the blocks when it came to securing me the initial interview. The service you have provided has been of a high professional quality whilst still maintaining a very human and personal touch. You have cleared up any problems I may have had efficiently and have responded at all times to my correspondence. It goes without saying that I would not hesitate to recommend your services to any employer or employee who may require them in the future.

I was moving from one contract to another, same old work, then the work dried up. I came across Red Chilli Recruitment and gave them a try. Amazing! In no time at all they had found me a position locally and knowing it was a two month contract Red Chilli had me lined up for another position but on top of that they had found a career job which from talking with me they knew I would be interested in, they introduced me to the company, also local, where I am now training for a managerial position and enjoying the work very much. Couldn’t ask for more.

Great recruitment company, very thoughtful and gave me all the support I needed so I could get the job I was looking for. Always on hand for any questions or queries and quick to reply. Can’t recommend them enough!

I have had a very enjoyable 2 years working on a long term contract under Red Chilli. Always responsive and supportive if I had any issues, always paid on time and overall a great experience..

Nigel and Red Chilli Recruitment have been instrumental in the completion of a large project we undertook at the start of this year. Production operatives, skilled and unskilled were found quickly, the rate was competitive and they turned out to be very capable. I can happily recommend Nigel and Red Chilli for their skill in finding the right people, at the right time and on budget.

Nigel supported the most strategic change delivery programme this organisation had experienced in its 30 + years of history with profound success. His relentless attention to detail, energy, pace and commercial focus enabled us to appoint a variety of specialist and senior positions within the most unrealistic of deadlines. A consummate professional and a pleasure to work with, I would have no hesitation in recommending Nigel for any future project, whatever scale or proportion, and look forward to the opportunity of working together again.

I have known Nicky Corps in a professional capacity for a couple of years. Nicky has worked with our organisation for the past 9 years providing a recruitment consultant service that has effectively sourced short term and long term labour when required. I have found Nicky to be extremely efficient and proactive. She is always on hand to assist with queries and resolve issues effectively (thankfully few and far between). She understands our company needs and responds accordingly providing a highly valuable and cost effective service. I would not hesitate in recommending Nicky and her company to other organisations.
